Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AutoFlow Chat (chat.autoflowlabs.in), operated by AutoFlow Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use AutoFlow Chat.

1. The Service

AutoFlow Chat is a software-as-a-service product that connects to your WhatsApp Business account via Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API. It provides a web-based inbox, message templates, broadcasts, AI-assisted replies, and related features.

You use AutoFlow Chat at your own risk and discretion.

2. Account Eligibility

You may use AutoFlow Chat only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business
  • You comply with all applicable laws in India and any jurisdiction where you operate
  • You comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate any of these conditions.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

3.1 Lawful use

  • Use AutoFlow Chat only for lawful business purposes
  • Not send spam, scams, harassment, or misleading messages
  • Not impersonate any person or business
  • Not violate any third party’s rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
  • Comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and Messaging Guidelines

3.2 Customer consent

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before messaging them via WhatsApp.
  • You must comply with WhatsApp’s opt-in requirements and India’s marketing communication laws.
  • You must honor customer opt-out requests promptly.

3.3 Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you and your customers exchange through AutoFlow Chat.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content sent through AutoFlow Chat.

3.4 Account security

  • Keep your login credentials and devices secure.
  • Do not share your account with others.
  • The “Trust this device” option keeps you signed in for 30 days; only enable it on devices you fully control.
  • Notify us immediately at support@autoflowlabs.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Pricing and Billing

4.1 Current preview phase

AutoFlow Chat is currently in a preview / early-access phase and is available at no cost. By using AutoFlow Chat during this phase, you understand that paid plans will be introduced in the future, and that some features may change or be added during this period.

4.2 Future paid plans

We plan to introduce paid subscription plans. When paid plans are introduced, we will:

  • Announce them at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice
  • Publish current pricing at chat.autoflowlabs.in
  • Allow you to choose whether to subscribe or discontinue use

4.3 WhatsApp messaging costs

You are responsible for any costs Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations through your connected WhatsApp Business Account. These costs are separate from any future AutoFlow Chat plan fees.

4.4 Refunds

Refund terms will be specified when paid plans are introduced. During the preview phase, no payments are collected, so no refunds apply.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no guarantee. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may:

  • Schedule maintenance with reasonable notice
  • Suspend service for emergency security or stability reasons
  • Modify features over time as the product evolves

We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, including missed customer messages, delayed deliveries, or business consequences thereof.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The AutoFlow Chat software, design, and brand are owned by AutoFlow Labs.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.
  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AutoFlow Chat solely as intended.

7. AI Features

When you enable AI-assisted features (e.g., auto-reply):

  • Conversation snippets and your business knowledge documents may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate replies.
  • AI-generated replies are suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing and accepting them before they are sent.
  • We do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
  • You can disable AI features at any time from Settings.

8. Termination

8.1 By you

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion:

  • All your data is removed within 30 days (see Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page)
  • Your WhatsApp connection is severed
  • Paid subscriptions are not refunded except as specified in Section 4.3

8.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the service (e.g., sending prohibited content)
  • Required by law or lawful order
  • You are 30+ days past due on a paid plan

We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious abuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AutoFlow Chat is provided without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoFlow Labs and its team from claims arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your messages or content
  • Your violation of any third party’s rights or applicable law

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of AutoFlow Chat after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
